Trauma informed environment, that supports balancing our nervous system and creating gentle aura of regeneration is our style of healing.
We do have a thing for the show and fireworks, as well as deep trust in shadow work, as a way of tracking patterns that no longer serve our wellbeing BUT we care for energetic safety, and wish to offer you experiences that bring you to a place of comfort and ease.
Plus we really DO love full on HYGGE time! Comfy homewear, candles, tea with buiscuits, falling leaves, blankets, sweaters and thick socks, nice book or romantic comedy, cuddles, music …. HELL YES, this is what we call a good time !
